We are building a Frappe App ( MIT ) , that will run on Frappe HRMS. Following are the features we are planning to build. Suggestions for any additional features or feature changes are welcome.
1- Visa and RP-related fields.
2- Driving license, Gate pass etc
3- Family status, Family visa, school fees etc.
4- Yearly vacation, vacation salary, Yearly ticket, etc
5- End-of-service calculations
6- Salary calculations based on labor laws ( like 30 days per month salary )
7- Hijri date DOB and Age calculations.
8- Gosi and Gosi related calcuaitons.
9- Employees' insurance/Medical related features
10- Foreign recruitment, medical, and visa approval-related features
11- Sponsorship data
12- EMployee assets like Cars, laptops, etc
13- ESS app, with features like attendance, document submission, salary data, etc.
